Our Mission & Pursuits

Delivery Queries:

Once your order is placed, our office will process the order and contact you for delivery arrangements. An invoice will be  sent via email to you.  You may contact our office during working hours for order and delivery tracking.

If you have opted for delivery, your order will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days. During peak periods, it may take up to 3-7 working days.

Our Scheduled Delivery Time Slots:
East & Central Areas – 10am – 2pm
West & North Areas – 2pm – 6pm

Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to cater to specific time slots as it depends on the delivery route, road conditions and delivery load on that day.
Our delivery drivers will call you about 30 minutes before arrival to pre-empt you on the pending delivery.

Yes you can, provided we are informed at least 2 working days in advance.

As part of our standard procedures, our delivery team will contact you about 30 mins before delivery. Sometimes there may be slight delays arising from weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best to contact you as soon as we can.

In such circumstances, our delivery team will bring the items back to our warehouse  and our office will call you to reschedule the delivery.

We do not deliver to Jurong Island but we can deliver to the Jurong Island Gantry at the guardhouse provided there is an authorized person to receive the item(s).

Yes, you can. Please inform the office of the change in address when they call you regarding your delivery arrangements.

Yes, there are additional charges for delivery of bulky items (such as washer, dryer, fridge, etc) for every flight of stairs. Pls check with us before you place your orders.

Collection Queries:

Please bring along the Order Confirmation and Receipt.
Also note that self-collection need to be arranged with our office beforehand.

You may call our office to re-arrange a new collection date.

Payment Queries:

Yes, prices are inclusive of GST.

Please kindly check with your bank or payment vendors.

Yes, but this is only available on our online platforms such as Lazada and Shopee. Instalment plans are on the payment page.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX cards.

Please refer to Lazada & Shopee T&Cs for instalments payment plans.

Depending on what other optional services you might need eg. installation, inaccessible lift access, re-stacking of dryer, sawing of outlet pipe, changing washing machine tap, etc there might be different charges by our 3rd party vendors such as plumbers and carpenters. Please check with us before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds:

For cancellations, please contact our office  at least 3 working days before delivery.

You may reject the item(s) upon delivery and we can do an exchange for you.

You may return via Lazada’s or Shopee 3PL or directly return them to our warehouse. No return is allowed once original packaging is damaged and / or the item has been installed.

No exchange is allowed once an item has been installed or packaging is torn.

Yes, for refunds that is due to customer’s error (eg. wrong model, change of mind, etc), there is a 3%  fee to be deducted.

Refunds are usually processed within 1-3 working days.

This is through the payment method you made during purchase for eg if payment was made using credit card, it will be refunded via your credit card.
